Sandton Properties will attend to the following:

• All liaisons with town planners, City Power and other professional parties.
• All tenders and quotes for the civils, i.e. roads, stormwater, electrical and water reticulation.
• Appoint such contractors as we agree to.
• Appoint the architect: take the concept through to final product as we agree to.
• Appoint building contractor as we agree to and arrange quotes on building prices.
• Exercise quality control.
• Liaison with all contractors to ensure harmony and limit time loss.
• Arrange for regular meetings with follow up reports.
• All matters pertaining to site management.
